Ashley brings a unique ability to problem solve by effectively speaking the language of multiple stakeholders. He has successfully rehabbed and built homes in infill locations in addition to working as consulting superintendent for a national home builder. He comes from a family of engineers and entrepreneurs and enjoys helping maximize project value through considerations of people, planet and prosperity. Ashley is LEED accredited, BPI certified and chaired the Committee for Sustainable Development for the Urban Land Institute in Oregon and SW Washington. Ashley holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is incredibly thankful for all the amazing people that help grow Evergreen Homes’ success on a daily basis. Ashley enjoys spending time with his growing family, trail running, mountain biking, Giants baseball, and restoring classic cars. He hopes to someday ride a dual sport motorcycle across Australia.
Sean has over 20 years of experience in residential design and construction. His diverse skill set includes being a classically trained dry stone mason, expert carpenter, landscape architect and most importantly, master problem solver. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon. He ran a successful high-end landscape design/build company before joining Evergreen Homes. Sean’s keen eye for memorable design, quality and craftsmanship are pivotal in making each of our homes unique and durable for many generations to come. When not at work, Sean enjoys quiet Sunday mornings with his girlfriend, climbing mountains, mycology, and restoring his 1950 Dodge pickup truck.
